Daily Use Instructions

In the shower or bath:

Step 1: Pump

Dispense 1-2 pumps of foam into your clean hand. (Start with 1 pump – you might not need more.)

Step 2: Apply

Gently apply foam to your external vulvar area:

• Outer labia (labia majora)
• Inner labia (labia minora)
• Area around clitoral hood
• Perineum (area between vulva and anus)

Use gentle, downward motions (front to back to avoid bacterial transfer).

Step 3: Cleanse gently

Let the foam sit for 10-15 seconds. No scrubbing needed – the prebiotics and gentle cleansers do the work.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly

Rinse completely with warm water. Make sure no residue remains.

Step 5: Pat dry

Gently pat (don't rub) with a clean towel. Air drying for a minute is even better.

Frequency Guidelines

Standard routine:
