Return Policy

At inWONDERSTATE we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Standard Returns

• You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. 
  

How to return:

1. Log in with the email you used for your order (via our website or your order confirmation email).

2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
   

3. Return shipping costs are at your own expense (approx. €7.25 per package, depending on your carrier).

4. Ship the item back to the Return address below.

❗ Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. info@inwonderstate.com. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or when the seal is broken:

• Underwear

• Sex toys (products intended for genital/anal contact)

• Drugstore items (lubricants, condoms, tablets, etc.)

Other non-returnable items:

• Custom or personalized products
  

• Gift cards

• Sale items

Why this rule? Intimate products cannot be resold once packaging is opened — this EU-wide regulation protects your health and safety.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.

• If approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please allow time for your bank/credit card to process the refund.

• If 15 business days pass after approval and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@inwonderstate.com

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you also have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

• After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the item.

• You’ll be refunded in full (including shipping costs).

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense (approx. €7.25 per package, depending on your carrier).

Important: The product must be returned in original condition and packaging with the seal intact. If damaged or excessively handled, we may deduct depreciation.
