Terms and Conditions

Delivery 
Once we receive your order, we handle it with the utmost care. We send the package to the address you specified. Deliveries take place within 1-3 business days after receipt and payment of your order.

Discreet
Your order will be shipped in discreet and neutral packaging. Our name is not mentioned as the sender on the package; the shipping house is listed as the sender.

Shipping /Costs 
Shipping is handled by POST.nl. Your shipping costs are based on your Governments. 

Payment Methods 
After completing your order, you can enter your details and choose from the following payment options: iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, Google Pay, bank transfer, or installment payments.

Purchase Agreement
When you place an order via our website, a purchase agreement is made. We reserve the right to refuse orders without giving reasons or to impose conditions such as requesting advance payment.

Personal Data
Wonderstate BV is responsible for processing your data. The data you provide to us is stored in a file and used for internal customer management and business operations, such as order processing and customer management, as well as for sending our own commercial offers. We do not share data with third parties. You have the right to access and correct your data. 

Mailings and Newsletters
We use your email address only to inform you about your shipment. If you wish to receive our newsletter, you can indicate this when placing your order. We only send you our newsletter if you have indicated this, which appears approximately 12 times a year. If you no longer wish to receive newsletters, you can easily let us know by email.

General
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions. Wonderstate BV reserves the right to change its general (including delivery and payment) conditions. We also reserve the right to pass on any changes in the calculation of payment transaction costs by banks. (Of course, we will notify you in a timely and clear manner.)

Order Cancellation
You can cancel any order without giving reasons, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the order confirmation, respond to the order confirmation or contact us by email. The cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will refund the paid amount within 3 days after dissolution (revocation).

Returns within 14 Days (Right of Withdrawal)

The consumer has 14 days to cancel the order and register the return.
After that, you have 14 days to return the product.
Once the return has been registered, inWONDERSTATE has a maximum of 14 days to refund the order amount, including shipping costs.

Return Conditions
For returns, the following conditions apply:

• Items must be returned unopened. Intimate products can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact.
• The item and packaging must be undamaged. If there are damages such as tears, dents, or stains, we may charge for the depreciation.

Exception Rule

Due to hygiene regulations, the following items can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact:

• Underwear
• Sex toys (products intended for genital and/or anal contact)
• Drugstore items (lubricants, condoms, tablets, etc.)

This means that for these products, the right of withdrawal is lost if the seal is broken. The seal may be a sticker, plastic packaging, or sleeve. Products where the packaging is opened and/or the product is removed from the packaging cannot be returned. Drugstore items such as condoms and lubricants can NEVER be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Why This Exception Rule?
The hygiene exception is developed at the European level because certain products cannot be resold once they have been touched, for hygiene and health protection reasons. No one wants an intimate product that has already been touched by someone else. These products must then be discarded. We hope you understand that this is in everyone's best interest.

Invitation to Review Products & the Webshop
You will receive a one-time email within ten to fourteen days after the delivery of the products, requesting you to write reviews for the ordered products and/or the webshop. By doing so, you help future customers make the best choice, and we greatly appreciate it!

Unresolved Complaints?

If you have any complaints which we did not resolve together in first place, we invite you to either contact the independent  Complaints Board of Webwinkel Keur or contact the European ODR platform.
