• 100% discrete packaging & shipping. We package all orders in a non-branded POSTNL box And we use a third-party name and address on the shipping label. No one else needs to know (unless you want them to ;-))

Returns

Not entirely happy with your order?  And you wish to return them? No problem!

Check whether the return shipment meets our return conditions

Make sure that the item is - as far as reasonably possible - in its original condition or factory packaging (with undamaged seal, if applicable);

Register the return shipment via the return portal

Prepare the return shipment

Put the items back in the original shipping box or pack them safely for shipping in another way;

Return the shipment with PostNL or DPD

We will inform you about the processing of your return shipment within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment.

We will refund the purchase amount after processing the return shipment via the payment method you used. Did you use Klarna as a payment method? If you have not yet paid the invoice, you do not need to do anything at this time. When we receive the item in good condition, your invoice will be adjusted or the payment obligation will expire. Do you have any further questions about your invoice? Then we would like to refer you to Klarna's customer service.

Have you returned a defective item and indicated that you want to receive a new item? Then you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace from PostNL when we have sent the replacement.
