Prepare the return shipment

Put the items back in the original shipping box or pack them safely for shipping in another way;

Return the shipment with PostNL or DPD

We will inform you about the processing of your return shipment within 14 days after receipt of your return shipment.

We will refund the purchase amount after processing the return shipment via the payment method you used. Did you use Klarna as a payment method? If you have not yet paid the invoice, you do not need to do anything at this time. When we receive the item in good condition, your invoice will be adjusted or the payment obligation will expire. Have you returned a defective item and indicated that you want to receive a new item? Then you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace from PostNL when we have sent the replacement.
